Houston homes weren’t built with mobility in mind. Two-story new builds in Katy and Cypress put the primary bedroom upstairs. Older bungalows inside the Loop have narrow doorways and step-up entries. Homes across Montgomery County sit on raised foundations with three or four steps just to reach the front door. And nearly every bathroom in the region has a tub-shower combo with a curb to step over.
We’ve spent years solving exactly these problems across Greater Houston — installing stairlifts and residential elevators, building modular and custom wheelchair ramps, converting tub-showers into zero-entry roll-in showers, and widening doorways so a wheelchair actually fits through them.
This is our home market. Our installers know Harris and Montgomery County permitting, we carry the Texas Elevator Contractor license (#20399) that residential elevator work legally requires, and we can usually get someone to your house within the week — which matters when you’re planning around a hospital discharge.

Neighborhoods we serve around Houston
Every part of Greater Houston has its own kind of house, and its own kind of problem. Here is what we install most often, by area.
The Woodlands
Two-story homes with the primary bedroom upstairs. Stairlifts on curved and straight staircases, and tub-to-shower conversions in the primary bath.
Conroe & Montgomery
Raised foundations with three or four steps to the front door. Wheelchair ramps, threshold ramps and porch lifts.
Spring & Tomball
Mixed-age subdivisions, many with narrow hallways. Doorway widening, grab bars, and stairlifts for split-level homes.
Cypress
Newer two-story builds where the only bathroom with a tub is upstairs. Stairlifts and roll-in showers on the ground floor.
Katy
Large two-story homes where a residential elevator often makes more sense than a stairlift. Home elevators and through-the-floor lifts.
Sugar Land
Established neighborhoods with big primary baths. Zero-entry showers, comfort-height toilets and walk-in tubs.
Pearland & Friendswood
Single-story ranch homes with step-up entries and curbed showers. Ramps and full bathroom modifications.
League City & Clear Lake
Homes on raised slabs near the water. Aluminum ramps that handle humidity, plus stairlifts for elevated houses.
Galveston
Houses on stilts and raised foundations. Vertical platform lifts and outdoor stairlifts built for salt air.
Inside the Loop
Older bungalows with narrow doorways and step-up entries. Doorway widening, threshold ramps and compact roll-in showers.
What we install in Houston
Are you a veteran? You may qualify for a HISA grant.
The Housing Improvement and Structural Alterations (HISA) grant can help cover the cost of ramps, bathroom modifications and other accessibility upgrades for eligible veterans. Our team has helped veterans across Greater Houston navigate the application and get the modifications they need — including the roll-in shower and doorways the grant paid for.
