Your client wants an elevator, or a roll-in shower, or a door that fits a wheelchair, and you would rather not learn the code on their job. We do this every day. Bring us in for that scope, or hand us the trades you would rather not staff.
Two ways to work with us
1. We take the accessibility scope inside your remodel
You keep the client and the schedule. We price and build the lift, elevator or accessibility package as a defined scope under your contract or directly with the owner, whichever you prefer. That includes the elevator hoistway framing and pit, the electrical for the lift, the blocking for grab bars and ceiling tracks, and the roll-in shower pan and waterproofing. We coordinate with your framer and your electrician so nobody waits on us.
2. You sub trades to us
Our crews do drywall, tile, flooring, framing, doorway widening, cabinetry and finish carpentry as part of our own accessibility projects. When you are short a crew, we can take those trades on sub, on your schedule, with our license and insurance on file.
What we bring
Licensed Texas Elevator Contractor (#20399). Residential elevators, stairlifts, vertical and inclined platform lifts and ceiling lifts, installed and inspected under our license.
Our own crews in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. No layers of subs under us.
Accessibility know-how. Clearances, turning radii, shower slopes, grab-bar blocking, door hardware. We spec it so it works for the person who lives there, not only for the drawing.
Clean paperwork. Itemized scope, shop drawings for the hoistway, and insurance certificates the same day you ask.
What happens after you bring us in
We call within one business day and set a site visit that works for you and the owner.
Site visit, free. We measure, check the framing and electrical, and confirm what the owner and any therapist involved actually need.
Written scope and price to you, and to the owner if you want them to have it. No allowances that grow later.
We build on your schedule. One project manager, and we keep you posted at every stage.
